What does it take to activate the AI module?

The AI module is an add-on to your existing Master People Platform agreement. Before activation you must sign a DPA amendment and commercial terms. The module is then ready to use.

Does it work with all our tests?

In this version, the AI module supports assessments using Master CORE and/or Master OPTO.

Is our candidate data sent to an external AI model?

No, not in raw format. All candidate data is pseudonymised before being processed by the AI model. No personally identifiable information is sent to Mistral.

Which AI technology powers it?

The AI module is powered by Mistral, a European AI model with servers in the EU.

Does it require training to get started?

No. The AI module is integrated directly into the familiar interface of Master People Platform. If you would like a demo of valU, you are always welcome to contact us.

Can we test it before committing?

Both. Master People Platform is the software where your tests are managed and analysed, and the platform runs all of Master’s testing tools – personality, cognitive, service and leadership tools.

Is the platform GDPR-compliant? +

Yes. Data processing is documented through an independent, annual auditor’s statement under ISAE 3000 type 2, and demographic data (age, country of origin, gender) is not shown in the reports.

Can the platform be integrated with our ATS? +

Yes. The platform can be integrated with ATS systems such as Teamtailor, so tests can be sent directly from your recruitment workflow.
