This course will prepare you to:

  • Conduct structured interviews using a cognitive ability measure
  • Select the right person for the job

EASI Certification

As a trainer or manager you will learn to run development processes within communication, personal development and team building based on the participant’s behavior and motivation.

This course will prepare you to:

  • Assess a person’s typical behavior and motivation
  • Identify critical gaps in a person’s behavioral and motivational preferences
  • Work with personal strengths and pitfalls to develop people and teams
  • Use action plans based on personal preferences to support development
  • Use various practical group exercises in your work with developing others
  • Support non-certified managers in using behavior and motivation assessments for their appraisals
